Welcome to the site of Kudela custom woodworks

After many years of research and development, I’m pleased to introduce to you my offerings to the world of electric bass. Each bass is built from prime seasoned hardwoods from around the world in my climate controlled facility.

Despite the controversy, I believe that wood is the foundation for tone. To further build upon that foundation, I use top of the line Hipshot hardware and Bartolini pickups and electronics as standard features.

Although I’m not gigging anymore, I have been about the bass for 35 five years now, a custom woodworker for 25 of those 35 years. My quest/obsession/passion in bass building has been to produce an instrument of substance and quality with exceptional tone, buttery playability, perfect balance, and great looks.

Each bass is hand built and no effort or expense is spared in the production of these basses. I hope you find them worthy.
